Standard coverage is already compelling. When you want to extend the life of your deployment, an extended warranty package raises your standard limited warranty to up to five years of worry-free ownership.

Policy & Conditions

What's covered

  • Remote support, 24/7 through our Service Center.
  • Repair & RMA handling including warranty replacement for eligible defective products.
  • Identical-model replacement — issued for the same product model and type as the original unit.
  • Engineer-verified diagnosis so every claim is resolved correctly the first time.

RMA process

  • Contact our Service Center to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  • A Starview Service Engineer troubleshoots the unit and confirms the defect before an RMA is issued.
  • Return the product quoting a valid RMA number — units without one cannot be processed.
  • Approved replacements ship for the identical product model of the original.

Not covered by warranty

  • Accidents, acts of God, lightning, water, or fire damage.
  • Unauthorized modifications carried out on the product.
  • Damage to the product sustained during shipping.

Each centre covers a specific territory with dedicated workshop facilities and certified engineers — handling in-warranty service and repair, local stock of recommended service parts, and Starview's return-to-manufacturer administration.
