S-Cloud Online Meeting PC/MAC Installation Guide

1. REQUIREMENT
 Must have S-Cloud Online Meeting Client account provided by Administrators: MAC, iOS, Windows operation systems, recommend using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari browser to install S-Cloud Online Meeting Client.

2. INSTALL CONTACT LIST AND SUPPORT APPLICATIONS
        Step 1: Go to http://scloudolm.net and click Sign In.

        Step 2: Log in with USER NAME and PASSWORD provided by Administrator.

        Step 3: Click Update to install S-Cloud Online Meeting Client 

        Step 4: In the Scopia Desktop Update windows, check Contact List(1.4.00.40), SCOPIA Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook. Then click Install to begin install.

        Step 5: When the download and installing finish, Contact List application show up. Log in with User Name and Password provided by Administrator.

3. INSTALL SUPPORT APPLICATIONS 
    3.1 QUICKTIME
       Step 1: Go to http://scloudolm.net then Sign In with User Name and Password provided by Administrator.
       Step 2: Click on tab Watch Webcast.

       Step 3: Click on the link Quicktime 7.4.5 or greater to begin download and install the software.

     3.2 STREAMING
        Step 1: Go to http://scloudolm.net then Sign In with User Name and Password provided by Administrator.
        Step 2: Click on tab Watch Recording.

        Step 3: Click on the link Download the Plug-In to begin download and install.

Finished installation S-Cloud Online Meeting Client
